Registered User:
If you are a registered user, you can pay with AMEX, MasterCard or Visa. You also have the option of completing your purchase by billing it directly per the terms of your account.​​​​​

Guest User:
If you are a guest user and have not registered for an account, you may use AMEX, MasterCard, or Visa at checkout.

Returns

If you received defective merchandise, SST offers a simple return process.

To start a return, simply call 1-800-290-7573 

You’ll be assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please write this RMA# on the outside of the package and include it on your return slip with the product.

Defective Merchandise

In the infrequent event that you received defective EDM supplies, we will promptly replace the item or issue a credit for the full purchase price of any unused defective EDM supply we sell provided that we are notified within 30 days of purchase and that our inspection of the returned merchandise confirms that it does not confirm to the manufacturer’s published specifications.

Partial credit will be issued for the defective used supplies based upon either the unused product returned, or the percentage of expected service life achieved before removal from service due to the defect.

​​​​​​​A returned part that is deemed to be non-repairable or non-resellable will receive no credit and will be scrapped. An exception will be made for parts returned as defective or ruined.

All EDM accessories are guaranteed by the manufacturer. We will gladly expedite warranty claims for any EDM accessory purchased from us. Please consult your instruction manual for warranty information.

Merchandise that is returned for any reason other than defects or damage may be subject to a restocking charge.

Damaged Items

Please carefully inspect packages before accepting from the carrier. If the package is damaged (torn, punctured, crushed, or creased), refuse to accept delivery. Do not sign for it.

If you receive a damaged package, we will replace the merchandise and handle the claim for insured packages. 

If you sign for a damaged package, we cannot accept liability for it.​​​​​
