It is recommended for use on various types of wire EDM machines (GFMS AgieCharmilles, Ona, Makino and Japanese machines.
Gamma D EDM wire can be used in a wide range of standard applications such as aerospace, medical, and die mold. It is recommended for machining large parts with heights exceeding 10mm.
Materials such as steel, copper, tungsten carbide, aluminum, nickel, titanium, PCD, and graphite can all be cut with Gamma D wire.
It is up to 20% faster than standard coated wires.
It provides very good surface finish during the finish / trim cuts.
