VersaCut Z is made in Germany for Single Source Technolgoies under private label by one of the world's leading coated wire manufacturers. It is drawn under the same stringent European quality controls as the manufacturer's branded products.

It is a traditional A-type wire recommended in fine finish and high precision applications. It is also very suitable for cutting carbide. VersaCut Z features a CuZn36 (64% copper, 36% zinc) brass core with a pure zinc coating. Its tensile strength is 950 N/mm² and its elongation is 1%. This wire provides excellent value for the cost.
