bedra topas^® plus X  wire is manufactured to a tensile strength of 500 N/mm², features a pure copper core and a gamma over beta brass coating. It comes in multiple diameters on a variety of spool sizes. 

bedra topas^® plus X was developed for Charmilles machines with X-Technology as an improvement over broncocut^® Type X wire. With that it is a highly precise and fast EDM wire. It can reach up to 35% faster cutting speeds compared to plain brass wire using standard X-technology machine settings. It can also be used in specialty aerospace alloy applications and is suitable to bad flushing applications.
